I've read an article entitled "Leonardo da Vinci: Facts and Biography" by Kim Ann Zimmermann of livescience.com that tells about the fact and life of Leonardo da Vinci. He was born on April 15, 1452 in Vinci Italy and raised by his father. Almost all of his works and paintings were not complete. He call himself "Renaissance Man" because of his works and his intelligent thinking. One of his greatest work was "Mona Lisa", they says it was Lisa del Gioconda, the wife of Francesco del Giocondo, a silk merchant. The other one was "Last Supper". The painting was in a dinning room with Jesus and his apostles. The painting says that one of his apostles will betray him soon, and it was worked in Santa Maria delle Grazie monastery in Milan. "Leonardo da Vinci, perhaps most noted as an artist, was also an architect, inventor and chronicler of science, among other outlets for his talents."
Life is a full of Mystery. Like Leonardo da Vinci, we need to study hard to discover something new that will lead us to our success.
I've also read an article entitled "The Original Renaissance Man" by Liane Beam of faze.ca, it says that Leonardo da Vinci was born in small mountain town of Vinci, now it is called Italy. He began an apprenticeship when he was 15 with Andrea del Verrocchio, a workshop artist in Florence. It also says that he is the first person to study human proportions, and he apply it to his paintings. His famous paintings were Mona Lisa, Last Supper and The Adoration of Three Kings. As a scientist, he study different ideas, he study things that he can't even invent. He put his studies and ideas in his illustrated notebooks. He also do creepy investigations like he use a dead body just to draw or to examine it. "An important aspect of Leonardo's work as an artist was his ability to combine art and science."
Leonardo was right, we need to imagine things the are impossible. Maybe today it is impossible, but maybe someday our future generation may use it.
